Notice on how to submit a consumer complaint

In accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 19/22, 59/23), we inform our valued clients that they can submit complaints about the quality of our services in writing in person at our office,

by registered mail to the address of our office: EUROESTATE, Zagrebačka 30, 42000 Varaždin

or

We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
