In addition to mediation services in real estate transactions, we also offer consulting services regarding the sale or purchase of a specific property.

Our advice most often refers to consulting on the real market value of a certain real estate, on the mandatory updating of the land registry extract and the title deed of the real estate, advice on the energy certification of real estate, obtaining real estate documentation (building permit, use permit, etc.), consulting on the preparation of a purchase agreement documentation, preparation of real estate documentation necessary for the purchase of the same through credit, preparation of the real estate itself for successful sale, etc.

The conditions under which we provide the aforementioned services are set out in our General Terms and Conditions.

All of the aforementioned consultation fees are free for our clients, signatories of contracts on mediation in the sale or purchase of real estate.
